Due to a change in TN boating laws, if you have a TWRA license you can not rent a boat. If you have a TWRA license and you are over 21 years and older you can rent a boat. If Renter is born after January 1, 1989 you must show the TWRA Boating Safety Education Certificate. Boating certificates obtained in another state are valid if it shows boated-com or the NASBLA signee. The renter's vehicle keys will be held in exchange for boat keys.
